The IMPACT 5000 Series sets a new sound standard and features super wideband sound offering a voice experience beyond conventional business standards, letting users hear conversational nuances and experience a natural and richer sound. Exceptional stereo music reproduction takes DECT headset performance to the next level. Two microphone noise-cancelling system and pioneering own-voice detection technology deliver exceptional sound for improved speech intelligibility in noisy environments. A new wideband mode for communication in high density environments provides excellent sound for more users.

Total flexibility
Answer all calls from a single device. With up to triple connectivity for softphone/PC, desk phone and mobile devices, the IMPACT SDW 5065 allows users to choose their own combination using the base station as a gateway to their preferred audio sources. It is also possible to connect a wired EPOS headset/speakerphone or a Bluetooth® headset (via the BTD 800 USB dongle - NON INCLUDED) using the USB port on the base station.

Higher productivity
IMPACT 5000 Series offers an array of smart features to enable seamless communication and collaboration for improved productivity. The busy light on the headset helps users to remain undisturbed during calls and conferences, and smart headset and base station controls deliver easy call management.

Enhanced security
Security is a primary concern for a company’s IT manager. IMPACT SDW 5065 comes with advanced security protocols to ensure that all communication is kept confidential. The IMPACT 5000 Series is DECT Security certified* and designed with special focus on secure pairing, the most vulnerable part of a wireless system. The authentication process uses 128-bit keys and Protected Pairing ensures that sensitive pairing data cannot be intercepted over-the-air. EPOS Manager allows the IT manager to disable Bluetooth®, call merging and conferencing mode if required.

At this stage, unfortunately, we do not offer overseas shipping except New Zealand. For international buyers, if you are interested with our product, please contact us.

We hope that you will enjoy your purchase, but if not, we provide a 30-days return policy. This means that if for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are totally free to do so. Provided that return meet the following conditions, we will give you a refund / exchange.

1. item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt
2. item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging,
and seal must not be tampered (We are unable to process refund / exchange / change of mind if seal has been tampered and/or opened).
3. accompanied by order receipt and/or email correspondents.
4. refund request for mistaken order or change of mind will attract $9.90 administrative fee.
5. express postage on orders are non-refundable once the item has been sent out.

Delivery service is done during business hours. If you are at work, it would be better if you put your office address as the delivery address.

Our standard free delivery is a registered Australia Post eParcel (signature required), you do not need to add insurance.

We are confident that the products we sell to you are free from defect, in good working order and they are as what the manufacturers describe to us. All the products we sell are tested when they arrive at our warehouse.

Yes, we will gladly refund your purchase. We want you to be happy with the product you buy. If you change your mind after you made a purchase from us, we offer 30 days money refund less $9.90 to cover the postage and administrative fee. Please contact our customer service support@mastershop.com.au should you wish to do this. We will need proof of purchase details from you such as invoice number and date of the purchase. Please be advised that MasterShop will not cover any postage costs for returned products. These costs must be covered in full by customer.

This is only valid for unopened product and still sealed product. We are unable to offer refund if the product is used or has already been opened or seal tempered, please refer to our refund / exchange policy.

Should the product you purchase is defective, you will need to fill in RA form and wait for us to give you RA number. Once you received the RA number, you can send the faulty product to us, and we can organise a replacement for the faulty product. We highly recommend that you keep the original packaging of the product. If you have discarded the original packaging, when you claim for warranty, please make sure that you pack the product securely and safely. When we send the replacement to you we will provide alternative packaging should the original package is discarded.
