30 days "Return and Refund Policy"

We hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you may request a return for eligible product(s) purchased from us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Items must be returned in brand new and resalable condition, together with the original packaging.
    Product seals must not be tampered with, opened, or broken. We are unable to process a refund, exchange, or change-of-mind return for items that have been opened, tried, or used.

  3. The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the order receipt and/or relevant email correspondence.

  4. Returns due to mistaken order or change of mind will incur a $12 administrative fee.

  5. Express shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Unclaimed / Return to Sender (RTS) orders
If an order is returned to us as unclaimed or Return to Sender (RTS), we will send two reminder emails to the customer using the contact details provided with the order. Postage fee of $12 will be applied to resend the order.

If no response is received and the parcel remains unclaimed, a refund may be processed at our discretion. In such cases, an administrative / handling fee equal to 50% of the total order value will apply. Where 50% of the order value is less than $30, a minimum deduction of $30 will apply. If the total order value is $30 or less, no refund will be processed.

Additional Notes
Return postage costs are to be paid in full by the customer for mistaken order or change of mind order.

Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example:
- PayPal payments will be refunded to PayPal
- Credit card payments will be refunded to the same Visa card

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any carrier fees associated with unclaimed or RTS parcels are non-refundable.
